Taking off and putting on a new pair of heel tips can be done in less than 30 seconds and costs only $5! The only thing you really need is a pair of tongs to take off the old heel tip and a hard surface to "nail" in the new heel tip.

Step 1: Take off the old heel tip by pulling on it with a set of tongs. Chances are you will take off the heel tip without the metal support. Simply use the tongs to take the metal nail support off as well.

Step 2: Once the heel is completely clear, align the new heel tip on actual heel and using a hard surface nail it in. This should be done with 2-3 hard hits. Make sure it is done perpendicularly to the surface, otherwise you run the risk of breaking the actual heel!

Step 3: Put on a pair of heel protectors!
