Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
Returns & Shipping
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must: be unworn and unused, be in the same condition as when you received it, be returned in its original packaging and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Shoes showing any signs of wear are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to: protective stickers removed from the soles, dirty or worn suede soles, damage caused by use, or shoes that have been danced in. Please try on your shoes only on a clean, carpeted surface.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged.
As a courtesy, one complimentary return or exchange shipping label may be provided per order at our discretion. Any additional return or exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Our goal is to help every customer find the right fit. However, repeated exchanges or returns for the same order are not intended to be a risk-free trial program.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, width, heel height, or model, please contact us at info@aidadance.us.
Exchange items must meet all return eligibility requirements. Once an exchange has been completed, any additional exchanges or returns are subject to customer-paid shipping.
Refunds
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less the restocking fee, within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Cancelations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Within 48 hours of placing your order: A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
After 48 hours: A 15% cancellation fee applies because your shoes have likely already entered production and materials and labor have been committed.
If production has already been completed or the order has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. If you prefer, you may choose to receive your refund as store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@aidadance.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom or special-order products, personalized items, sale items, gift cards, international orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

International Orders
At this time, returns and exchanges are available only within the United States.
All international sales are final unless the item arrives defective or we shipped the incorrect product.
