David, born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, comes from a prestigious dancing family. Although he was immersed in the dance world from a young age, he didn’t begin formal dance training until he was 18. Before that, his focus was on hip-hop and pop-and-lock styles, which he now incorporates into his American Rhythm dancing.

Viktoriya discovered her love for ballroom dancing at the age of 5 in her hometown of Ternopil, Ukraine. After immigrating to the U.S., she began training at Just Dancing St. Louis, a studio owned by David’s parents. However, she did not pursue competitive dancing as a teenager after her family relocated to Chicago. Later, she took a long break from dancing to earn a dual degree in Cellular Neuroscience and Psychology. Starting her professional dance career later in life compared to others in the industry has motivated her to work hard and make the most out of every opportunity.

David and Vika’s paths crossed repeatedly ever since they were kids, and over the years they stayed in touch. In 2020, she returned to St. Louis for a job after college, and they reconnected. They began dating that year and are now engaged, with plans to marry in 2025. After several years together, they decided to partner as a dance couple as well.

Although they only recently began their professional dancing journey, making their debut in December 2023, they’ve quickly gained recognition as a top Rising Star couple in the field of Professional Rhythm and have achieved national rankings.

Together, they showcase their talent, dedication, and unique artistic expressions. They connect with the audience through their genuine emotions and passion, which reflects their love for their craft and each other. They strive to become one of the top couples in the U.S, inspiring others to create their own path by combining individuality with tradition in the beautiful style of American Rhythm.
