Visionary Integrator
Ilia Kolosov
Ilia Kolosov is the visionary integrator of Aida Dance USA. Under his leadership the company has grown from selling dance shoes out of a duffel bag in Brooklyn to sponsoring over 40 couples while attending over 25 events annually. Although having never danced, he is passionate about helping others. When he isn’t using humor to close sales online, he practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Wake Forest, NC and serves as a results coach for many aspiring professionals. Do NOT ask him for a discount.
Head of Operations
Andrew Sim
Andrew is the head of operations and facilitator of all things logistics. He stands at the helm with Ilia Kolosov in his endeavor to lead this growing ship and crew. Outside of work he is a foodie, a horror movie enthusiast, and has over ten years of competitive 10-dance experience. In Andrew’s words, Aida strives to embody Kaizen, continuous and never ending improvement in every facet of its operation.
